Saudi Arabia Waldorf School is one of the Waldorf School’s branches. Waldorf School for Kids Aged 3-7 Years Old
Warm hues are used as the primary color scheme in all interior nursery childhood classrooms, in accordance with the Waldorf Education Philosophy, to foster a family-like environment for children and integrate education with life in general. Additionally, the Moo Ton Group design team integrates the idea of natural ecology through details so that kids can consistently and regularly experience every season and sense how the natural light varies in the space at different times. This can help kids develop their sense of light and color perception and foster their innate creativity.
The Application Of Design Concept
The design of the whole Waldorf School, including indoor and outdoor design, is based on the Waldorf school’s teaching and curriculum needs, physical and mental characteristics of preschool children's age development and other factors to customize a design solution.In addition, the design of the whole Waldorf school also matches some warm colors and low saturation bright colors for children to promote active learning and experience.

The pre-kindergarten classroom is designed for kids aged 2-3 years old and covers an area of 27 square meters, which can accommodate 15 kids to learn and entertain at the same time. Furthermore, this pre-kindergarten classroom has five functional zones, respectively kitchen role-play zone, painting display zone, activity zone, learning zone, and game zone, and is equipped with high-quality classroom school furniture and natural wooden toddler school furniture, providing children with a healthy and low-pollution classroom environment.

The kindergarten early childhood classroom is suitable for kids aged 3-4 years old and covers an area of 25 square meters, which allows 15 kids to use it at the same time. Moreover, the kindergarten early childhood classroom has five functional areas containing the dress-up role-play area, kitchen role-play area, activity area, learning area, and season table area. Besides, each functional area is equipped with corresponding premium school furniture, so that children can learn and play in a natural and comfortable space.

The special education classroom for kids with learning difficulties is serviced for those kids with learning difficulties and covers 21 square meters, which can accommodate 12 kids. Focusing on the kids with learning difficulties, the special education classroom is mainly to cultivate their social and behavioral adaptability, help them acquire appropriate academic achievement, acclimatize themselves to the school environment, and establish friendships and interpersonal relations. Special Education Classroom Design For Kids With Down Syndrome
The special education classroom design covers an area of 24 square meters and it can permit 10 Down Syndrome kids to conduct the activity at the same time. This classroom is mainly aimed at children with Down Syndrome and is designed according to different five fields of mental retardation including the cognitive domain, linguistic domain, self-care domain, sports domain, and social conditions domain. Therefore, the five fields are equipped with corresponding devices to play different important roles in five fields. Meanwhile, it set up some wall games to promote the cognition of the five senses and applies different dressing-up role-play to help them understand the characteristics of individuals with different identities.

The classroom covering an area of 25 square meters is mainly for children with autism and the optimum capacity of the classroom is five people. According to the characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of the children with autism, the classroom is divided into four areas to meet their daily activities.
